Art has been a part of my life since I could work my hands - my very first sculptures being made from mashed potatoes and later mud in my grandma's backyard. I grew up with a paint brush in my hand and found my obsessive love of pottery much later after taking an introductory class at a local community studio.
I have taken a few classes at my community pottery studio but apart from that I have no formal training. It often feels I have little-to-no method to my madness. I make art because I cannot live without it and everything I make from paintings to pottery is an expression of my internal experience, crafted by my hands.

Having my work leave my studio and go into your hands is meaningful to me beyond words. Thank you for being here!
